Solutions

Three shapes the same work takes, depending on what you need it called.

This page is about hiring me. If you're looking for a fixed-scope deliverable instead, that lives under Services.

The underlying job doesn't change much. Build the plan, build the operating rhythm that executes it, and report honestly on whether it's working. What changes is where in the organization it sits and who it reports to.

If you're hiring for one of these, thirty minutes on a call is the fastest way to find out whether I'm the right fit.

Chief of Staff

The CEO's operational counterpart. Three times over, at a $4B telecom, at Singapore's first MVNO, and at a PE-backed data center platform. I turn strategic priorities into something the organization can execute, and I make sure the board sees reality rather than the best-case slide.

GTM & Growth

The commercial engine, architected end to end. GTM planning and segmentation, sales process and pipeline discipline, the handoff between marketing and sales, CRM architecture that reporting can actually trust, and the pricing mechanics that turn a strategy into revenue. I've built this at Digital Edge, restructured it with McKinsey for Tata's Americas enterprise business, and carried a $40M pipeline myself, quota and all. Three vantage points on one system: the person who designs it, the person who runs it, and the person who has to hit the number inside it.

Strategy & Operations

The operating rhythm for building something from nothing. I've stood up the entity, the plan, and the budget for a consultancy from day zero; run legal, finance and product operations through a management buyout and a seed raise in a down market; and built the GTM strategy and annual operating plan for a global product portfolio spanning three regions. Where there's no playbook yet, I write one.
