These terms govern your use of ojpstudio.com. The site is operated by Olivier Puyraud, an individual with a registered address based in Florida, United States, trading as OJP Studio. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This is my personal professional website. It describes my background, my experience, and the kinds of work I do. It exists primarily so that recruiters, hiring managers, and prospective collaborators can evaluate me.

Everything on this site is provided for general information. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, tax, or business advice, and nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified adviser who knows your circumstances. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a promise of results, or a guarantee of availability.

Support payments

You may choose to send a voluntary support payment through this site. Some amounts are given informal names — a coffee, a beer, and so on. These are labels for amounts, not descriptions of goods. Nothing is shipped, delivered, unlocked, or provided in return.

Please read the following before paying:

• Support payments are entirely voluntary. Nothing on this site is behind a paywall and nothing requires payment.

• You receive no goods, services, benefits, or access in exchange.

• I am an individual, not a registered charity or non-profit. Support payments are not charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible.

• Support payments are final and non-refundable.

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a payment.

If you believe a payment was made in error or without authorisation, contact me. I will look at it in good faith, but the default position is that support payments are not refunded.

Services

Any services described on this site are shown as a record of the kind of work I do. Browsing them creates no contract, no engagement, and no obligation on either side.

If a service can be added to a cart and paid for through this site, that is not how I take on work. Real engagements are scoped and agreed separately in writing. If you check out and pay for a service through this site, I will refund the payment in full, promptly and without your having to ask. No engagement is created, and neither of us owes the other anything.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, an independent payment processor. Your card details are never collected, seen, or stored by me or by this site. Payments are charged in US dollars (USD) and are governed by Stripe's own terms in addition to these terms.

If your bank or card issuer charges you a currency conversion or international transaction fee, that fee is yours and I have no visibility of or control over it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, structure, frameworks, methods, layouts, images, and any downloadable materials — is my property or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other applicable law.

You may read this site, and you may share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from its content without my written permission.

If you download my CV, you may use it for the purpose of evaluating me for a role or engagement. Please do not republish it, post it to a job board or database, or circulate it beyond that purpose without asking me.

Any template, framework, or downloadable product obtained through this site is licensed to you for your own individual use only. It may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or shared outside your organisation.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system

• Scrape, harvest, or automatically extract content from the site

• Submit false information, spam, or malicious content through any form

My total liability arising out of or relating to this site or these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid me through this site in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Indemnity

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a consumer resident somewhere that grants you mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract, nothing here removes those rights.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain in full force.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
